1. Service Usage & Licensing
By subscribing to our SaaS platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our automation and publishing tools. You agree not to reverse engineer the software, abuse API rate limits, or use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
2. Subscription and Billing
Our services are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly, Semi-Annually, or Yearly). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically until you cancel your account.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate social media network compliance rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources. Terminated accounts will lose access to scheduled posts and analytics data.
